Daywinner bot — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Daywinner bot (“the App”) is a productivity web application. This policy describes what we store when you use the service.
What we store on our servers
- Your account email and authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth)
- Your subscription status and Stripe customer ID (via Stripe)
- Display name on your profile, if you provide one
- Optional cloud backup (only if you turn it on under Account → Back up to cloud): projects, tasks, notes, and link URLs you attach to tasks. We do not store the content of those websites.
What stays on your device by default
Unless you enable cloud backup, your projects, tasks, and notes are saved in your browser's local storage. Timer history, infractions, night prep, focus blocklist, and extension settings are always stored locally.
Clearing browser data or switching devices may remove local information. Cloud backup lets you restore projects and notes after signing in on another computer.
Chrome extension
If you use the Daywinner bot Chrome extension, see the extension privacy policy.
End-of-day reports are composed in your browser and opened in your email client. We do not receive the contents of those emails unless you send them yourself.
